Report / Feedback on Every Demonstration

Every time the business expert calls the advisor, they mark the outcome of the demonstration in the software and you get an email.


You can also find those results in your portal where you can check all of your demonstrations (if you do not have that link, ask bobrichards@retirementprospects.com


They mark it "checked in": if the advisor answers and is ready for the demonstration.  

They mark it "no contact" if the advisor does not answer.  

They mark it "no demo" if there is a reason that the demo could not go forward.  

They mark it "not qualified" if the advisor is not qualified (does not sell one of the products and services on your list as his TOP 2 products or services, cannot take new clients in the next 7 days). Other than "checked in" and "no contact" the business expert always make notes with the reason and you get an email and that reason is posted for you.


Note that often, the business experts are so busy, they may not mark all of the demonstrations with the outcome until the end of the day.
