reassigned / rescheduled

Modified on Sat, 3 Aug at 3:04 PM

Sometimes a demonstration needs to be rescheduled weeks later,

and the original appointment setter is no longer with us.  You may be assigned some of these, as they should be easy calls and an easy way to get demonstrations on the calendar (and earn more).

You will receive an email when these professionals need to be called. You will not recognize the name of the financial professional because they were originally scheduled by another appointment setter.

Because the original demonstration may not appear on your web page of your demonstrations, as it was originally set by another appointment setter, email bobrichards@retirementprospects.com with the name and email address of the professional and he will transfer the professional to your web page .

What to say when you call

There is no need to refer to any prior demonstration time or you will confuse the financial professional. In other words, they are too busy to remember that they spoke to us three weeks ago. Use this script:

"Hi (firstname), you expressed interest in meeting new clients for (his products and services) in area code xxx.  Are you able to take on new clients at the current time? Great, my name is (your name) with Seniorleads.  These are middle income....... (use your regular script to continue) and proceed to add them to the calendar just as you would any demonstration.

In the email that you receive reminding you to make this call, you will have the information you need such as his products and services and of course the area code which is the first three digits of the phone number.

Note: always check first on your web page of your demonstration to see if the original demonstration appears.  If it does, you will not need to retype his information into the calendar as you will be able to use this process to reschedule:
