feedback outcome of demonstrations

The business experts mark every demonstration after the demonstration.  I ask them to do it immediately after the demonstration but often, they do not have time.  Often, the business experts have one call after the other back to back (as well as incoming calls) and then, at the end of the day, he finally has time to mark the demonstrations.  

Therefore, you may not see any feedback until the end of the day.


Note that if the business expert is in the pacific time zone and you are in the eastern time zone, when he marks the demonstrations at the end of his day, 5 pm, that is 8 pm eastern time.

 

Another reason that demonstrations do not get marked right away.  Often, the business expert calls and the professional says, “can I call you back?”  So the business expert does not mark that demonstration until he gets the call back.


These are the reasons the demonstrations do not get marked immediately.


If the demonstration shows as "scheduled" in your portal, that means the demonstration is set for the future OR the business expert has not yet had time to mark the outcome.
