How reschedules and cancels impact bonus pay

if the reschedule or cancel occurs more than 24 hours before the originally scheduled time, then that does not negatively impact the 70% for the bonus pay.  If the reschedule or cancel occurs within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time, then it is the same as a cancel as we have no time to refill that time slot.


So if our business expert calls the advisor and he wants to reschedule, then that does counts the same as a cancel for that week.


Similarly, if you call the advisor 90 minutes before the demo time and he needs to reschedule, that has just wasted that time slot and there is not enough time to fill it again. It is the same as a cancel.

In other words, the time slot is the valuable resource.  If it gets wasted, then that counts.
