you have a link to a web page that shows your demonstration.

see an email you received with subject "resources...."as that email contains your link

and when you click the link, you see your demonstrations (see image below).

By the end of the day, the status will change from "scheduled" to one of these:

checked in-means the advisor answered the phone and was qualified and the demo proceeded
not qualified-he answered the call but was not qualified (examples--is not able to accept new clients in the next 7 days, he has been in the business less than 3 years, he earns less than $2000 per new client), etc)
no demo- he answered but we could not proceed (he says he needs to run out, his power is out, any other reasons we could not do the demonstration)
no show - he did not answer the call
