Before you end the call, make sure the advisor gets the email confirmation and they open it, this will increase the probability that the professional will show by 50%. These emails arrive within 10 seconds.  If for any reason the professional does not get the email confirmation, 99% of the time it is because you entered his email address incorrectly.

 

a.    ask the advisor to repeat his email address. Write it down. Finish your call and tell the advisor he will get an email confirmation in a few minutes.

 

b.    correct the email address as explained on this video:

The next step which reduces no-shows is to get the professional to READ the confirmation email.  Say “Joe, can you open the email and make sure that the time and date looks correct?” (wait for him to say it is accurate). Have the professional check their spam folder.   Also, some people with gmail do not realize they need to click the “promotions” tab as plenty of emails get lodged there by gmail

 

It is CRITICAL that you have the advisor open the email and confirm that the time and date is correct in the body of the email!

 

Please do not skip this as this could be a good solution to boost your income by 20% or more simply by adding this one step and reducing no-shows.
