Reassigned profesionals

We may reassign professionals to you.


You may get emails about professionals and you will not recognize their name.  Let me explain.

Sometimes, our business expert calls the professional and the professional needs to reschedule for weeks later.  Let's say we call today and the professional says to call him back on April 15 to set a date.

Our business expert puts that in our software and on April 15, an email will go to the appointment setter asking them to call the professional to set a demonstration.

But what if that appointment setter no longer works with us?

I have set some of these emails to come to you.  So if you get a email, something like "Call Joe Smith to schedule a time...," you may think, I do not recall talking to Joe Smith.

That's because you did not set the original demonstration (which never happened because Joe asked to reschedule).  So if you get these emails, you hopefully have an easy call to make so that you can set a demonstration for which you will get credit.
