I need to SEE it
When you have any technical issue, it is nearly impossible for me to address it unless
1. I SEE a screenshot or better
2. I SEE a screen video
You can make both with this free software
Then once you have the screenshot or screen video, attach it to an email.
I need actual examples
1, Let's say that someone tells you that the callerid you call from is marked "telemarketer."
I can get that fixed. But to get that fixed, I need
1. what is the number that your call recipient sees on their callerid that is marked "telemarketer"
2, what time did you make the call?
3. what number did you call?
In other words, to fix any technical issue you must have an exact example of the problem and provide those details.
There is nothing that can be done if you email me, "I called a guy and he says our caller id displays funny on his phone." You must supply exact details as indicated above for any technical issues to be fixed. The more examples the better.
Issues with Callhub dialer
If you have any trouble using callhub, always do this
1. log out and log back in
2. if the above does not fix the issue, then try rebooting your PC.
3. if that does not fix the issue contact callhub directly. Please store this information so you can find it
