Ok, thank you. THe demonstration I would have set for Monday, I decided to call back on Monday and set it for the morning on Monday if possible. Setting any demonstration for anything later than Friday morning I thought might decrease chances of attendance so it seems Friday should be a day to set appointments for Friday morning and then perhaps as a strategy not set for Monday.
Answer:
The percentage of "no shows" is no different on Monday than other days.
Many of the Monday appointments are set the previous Friday.
We have seen no detriment setting appointments on Friday for Monday.
Of course, it is always best to set the appointment for the same day but many professionals already have their calendar filled for the same day.
Sorry if this is a waste of your time. Just hoping sharing my strategy might lead to you saying that's a good idea or a bad one. Strategy = Friday is for morning appointments usually. Saturday = for Monday. Monday-Thursday = any time within 2 days.
Answer:
Although you are free to make calls on Saturday, you productivity may be lower as the offices of the professionals you call are closed. Therefore, when calling on Saturdays, you will only connect with those where the phone number in the dialer is there cell phone. We cannot get a list of only cell phone numbers as itdoes not exist.
