How to use the calendar

Use ONLY this link to open the calendar.  Use this link to open a fresh page for each person you add to the calendar. It is a good idea to add this link to your browser's bookmark bar for fast and easy access. 


How to check  or edit your demonstrations (if you make a mistake)
Here is a link where you can check your demonstrations (or edit them if you need to correct an error, cancel or reschedule)

To get your personal link to see the demonstrations you have set, see email sent to you with subject line "Email 2 of 3"


At the top of the screen, be sure to enter a beginning and ending date for the display you desire. Note that there is a 15-minute delay. If you set a demonstration right now, it will not appear for 15 minutes.
 
Once the demonstration time passes,  the business experts will mark what happened with the demonstration and you will get an email and it will also appear at the link above. However, the business experts have demonstrations back to back and often, do not get a chance to mark what happened for each demonstration until the end of the day.

The outcome of the demonstration will show under the status column in the above display.  If the status says “scheduled,” that means the demonstration is scheduled for the future or the business expert has not yet had a chance to mark the outcome.

How to Correct  Update, Reschedule or Cancel a Demonstration

If you have any no-shows or canceled demonstrations, you can often call that financial advisor the next day and get them rescheduled on the calendar.  You do not need to enter all of their information again. See the video link above.  When you call, you say

“Name, you expressed interest in meeting new clients in your local area for (his top 2 products and services) – are you still interested in that?”
