Time zones and the dialer

The dialer randomly dials all time zones across the United States . It is not possible to select the time zone to dial. However, the dialer will only dial a number if at the location of the professional, it is 8:00 AM or later or 5:00 PM or earlier. For example if you are on the Pacific time zone and you start dialing at 5:00 AM, the dialer will only dial people in the Eastern time zone where it is already 8:00 AM.

Best times to Call

That's not consistent. One day you may find you do best in the afternoon and another day you find you do best by calling in the morning. The advantage to calling in the morning is you can schedule professionals on the calendar for that same day which makes them more likely to show up.

Time zones and the calendar

When you add someone to the calendar, the calendar assigns that demonstration to a business expert who is available at that time.

You never need to think about time zones. You ask the professional "what time zone are you in" and you select that time zone from the drop down list in the calendar

Each business expert may be in a different time zone, however, that is irrelevant, If you add a professional to the calendar for 5 pm EST, that time is automatically converted by the software and will show as 2 pm PST on the calendar of the business expert if the business expert is in the pacific time zone.
