why it is necessary to work 4 hours/day consistently

Modified on Thu, 30 Oct at 11:55 AM

We have a fixed number of open time slots on the calendar each day.
We need to fill every time slot.

That is why it is really important to work consistently 4 hours per day.  Working more the next day does not make up for the time slots left empty the previous day.

So working 2 hours one day and then 6 hours the next day does not help.  We need 4 hours/day consistently.

We need to fill the calendar everyday.

The dialer can be used from 8 AM EST to 8 pm EST.  When you make calls late in the day.  The dialer will only dial numbers in the pacific and mountain time zones where it is earlier than 5 pm.

What hours can you work?

You can work any 4 hours in between the hours of 8:00 AM EST and 8:00 PM EST. The hours do not need to be together. You can break them up, like two hours in the morning and then two hours in the afternoon. Your hours do not need to be consistent from day to day. You may work 4 hours one day in the morning and the next day 4 hours in the afternoon and the next day two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon.  The critical thing is that you work 4 hours each day Monday through Friday, consistently.

Can you work more than 4 hours?

Yes.  If you see there are unfilled time slots on the calendar, you can continue to work more than 4 hours.
