dialer stops dialing

are you making calls late in the day?

if you are using a campaign that has run out of  numbers in the pacific time zone, and you are calling late in the day (after 4 pm pacific time), then the dialer will stop because it is too late (after 5 pm) in the other time zones.

70% of the phone numbers in the dialer (and in the united states) are in the central and eastern time zones. Only 30% are mountain and pacific.  So it is possible that the pacific numbers in a campaign can run out, You can try other campaigns
