You NEVER need to convert time zones for anyone.
You NEVER need to say something like "12:00 PM pacific is 3:00 PM Eastern"
Talking about more than one time zone will confuse the professional you're speaking to.
talking about more than one time zone means you are doing something wrong.
Everything in the calendar software is done in THEIR time zone.
When you call to make your reminder call, you only talk in THEIR time zone because everything is shown in THEIR time zone on your calendar page. You only look at the column that has the label "Time of demonstration advisors time zone."

If you ever find that you need to convert one time zone to another time zone, then you are doing something wrong because everything you do is set in THEIR time zone.
