Many times, the professionals will tell you that he works at xyz firm.
That is not importance to us.
There are 2000 broker-dealers (investment companies) in the United States and 1000 insurance companies. Each company has its own rules and processes and we know nothing about that. We do not deal with broker dealers or insurance companies -- we deal directly with individual financial professionals who seek to gain new clients. Any rules each firm has for their representatives would be something that the professional navigates with his own company as we do not know about their rules.
If a firm does not allow the professional to use outside marketing services, we would not know that. That is between the financial professional and your his firm. We are happy to help any financial advisor to gain clients.
Additionally, we have dealt with some financial professionals who don't follow their firm's rules. They do what they want. That is their decision and does not involve us. For that reason, we are happy to speak to any financial professional seeking to gain clients regardless of their employer.
However, if the professional tells you "my firm will not allow me to use a service like your service," then there is no reason to put him on the calendar. If that professional wants to follow his firm's rules and his firm does not permit him to use external marketing services, then we cannot help him. Do not add him to the calendar.
