DO NOT USE the callback feature in Callhub
reasons explained below
Whatever time you set for the call back, the dialer will automatically dial that number for you at that time. I do not like the way that Callhub does this and since this is not our software, I cannot change how the dialer works. It will dial the number automatically and unless you have a super memory, you will not know that you already talked to this financial professional (assuming you did talk to them the first time).
The other problem with the callback feature in callhub: If the callback is scheduled for a time when you are not logged into the dialer, the dialer will make the callback and connect the call to another appointment setter who is logged into the dialer. We cannot change that as Callhub is not our software.
For example, you call the financial professional and he says he wants to set a demonstration a week from today. Since you cannot set demonstrations more than two business days in the future, you will need to call him back to set a demonstration that is not more than two business days in the future. Callhub will automatically make that future call at the callback time you have set and you may not recall that you already spoke to this financial professional (and it may not matter).
Better Solution:
1. mark the call as "not interested". That tells the dialer not to dial that individual again
2. make your own note to make a call back. Mark down the name and number and any notes to yourself. Us your own method such as google calendar, or the reminder feature in your phone or whatever method you like to record reminders for yourself.
Just me personally, but I would not use the callback feature in callhub. I would use another method (such as putting the callback information in Google calendar). That way, I can see the notes of any prior discussion before I dial the financial professional again.
The callhub dialer does not allow you to dial an individual number. So if you record the callback outside of the dialer, you will need to dial the number individually which you could do from your cell phone or from any one of these services which supply free phone numbers for making outbound calls.
