Bad email addresses

It is essential that you enter the correct email address.  That one mistake will cost you $50.


Do not copy the email address that's in the auto dialer is that address might not be current.  You must ASK the professional for their personal email address.


How do you make sure that you enter the correct email address?


1. You read it back to the professional to make sure you got it correctly

2. You MUST confirm that he gets the email while you are still on the call.


Get a personal email address!!!! (Gmail, Yahoo, MSN, Hotmail, Comcast, AOL, etc)


As long as you enter a PERSONAL email address, the confirmation will get to the professional IMMEDIATELY 100% of the time.  You do not need to wait for him to get the email. There will never be any delay. He will get it immediately.


The only way to know if the email address you have typed into the calendar is accurate is by asking the professional if he received the email confirmation before you end your call. If the email address is a personal email address and typed accurately, the professional will receive the confirmation immediately. There will never be any delay.


In other words, if he does not get the confirmation while you are still on the call, IT MEANS YOU ENTERED AN INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS. 


You say, "I'm sorry Joe I must have mistyped your email address can you give it to me again?"  Read it back to them to make sure you have it accurately.  You then say, " I will get your email address fixed and have another confirmation sent to you. Thank you for your time bye."  You end the call and then fix the email address as explained on how to fix anything in this video:

If you get a business email address, there is a high probability he will never get the email. Why? Because big companies have all kinds of email blocking and filtering software that blocks out half of the email. 


If you make sure he got the email confirmation, this will increase the probability that the advisor will show by 20%. These emails usually arrive within 15 seconds.  If for any reason the advisor does not get the email confirmation, 95% of the time it is because you entered his email address incorrectly. 

  1. Check that you have his correct email address
