Hi Bob, was just on phone with Lisa. She scheduled at 1:30 pm Monday. Both her email addresses were not accepted I went over them both with her. Those are the only 2 addresses she uses. I told her I will text her later today about confirming with her.
What should I do?


The above email is useless as it is not specific.

what is the full name of the person? what is their email address?

is the problem in the calendar? or where/what page/ what is the URL?

can you provide a screen video showing the problem?
