More ways to eliminate no-shows, not-qualified or no-demo

Modified on Fri, 3 Oct at 11:49 AM

Never set demonstrations with people who are not serious business people:
-you hear a TV or radio or kids voices
-they are talking to someone else while talking to you
-they set a "potential time" such as "I may have a client walk in...." rather than a definite time as professional would do
-they have trouble giving you straight yes answers
--even if the answers sound fine , you get the feeling that they are unreliable, no dependable and would not next a dime that they will show up

These are all conditions that are red flags which result in no-shows, no-demos or not-qualified situations. Quickly skip over these people so you have more time to speak with the professionals.
