Do not call the financial profesional after the demonstration time starts

We had an odd incident today.  

While our business expert was on the demonstration with the financial professional, the financial professional got a call from the appointment setter in the middle of the demonstration. That should not happen.  Please let me know if the information below needs additional clarity.

Each day, your demonstrations get marked to tell you what happened.  Sometimes, the business experts are very busy and may not get to mark your demonstrations until the end of the day (e.g. after 5 pm).  Please do not call the financial professional to ask them about the demonstration.  Please wait until the demonstration gets marked.  

Once the demonstration is marked, you will then receive an email about the outcome of the demonstration.  Additionally, the outcome will appear on your web page like this

Once the demonstration time starts, please do not call the financial professional unless you get an email to do so (for example, if the financial professional needs to reschedule).  Of course, if the professional is a no-show or cancels, call the next day as many of these can be scheduled again.
