Someone saw a bad review online / online reviews

We cannot change the reviews online.  We have good reviews and bad reviews.  We have advisors who register with our service, do not watch the training videos, do not read our instructions and then fail with the system.  We have tried to fix that for 21 years and there is no fixing incompetent advisors who fail with our system when they do not follow instructions.  This results in bad reviews as these advisors will never take responsibility that it is their fault.

If someone mentions a bad review, just end the call and move on! Do not get hung up on one call.  There are hundreds of thousands of people for us to call.  Do not waste your time with people who give you a hard time, people who are negative, or people who waste your time.

We have learned that these advisors who go looking for bad reviews will look for any reason not to use our service. If they don't find a bad review they will find another reason. How do we know this?


Many years ago we did an experiment. We actually changed the name of the company so that there were no reviews online because the name of the company was totally new. You would expect that our sales would increase. That did not happen. This experiment proved to us that it is not the reviews online that make a difference. There are simply advisors who go looking for anything they can find to justify their decision to procrastinate and fail in their career.


 We deal with a very wide range of advisors. Some are very incompetent in that they are poor communicators, have few sales skills, and quite frankly don't know what they're doing. Then we deal with true professionals who are competent, follow instructions, watch our training videos and use the system as it's designed. They succeed.


We have not yet found a way to fix incompetent people and make them competent. So we just move on and not waste our time with them.



There is no way to satisfy people who go looking for reviews as they are LOOKING to find negatives. My advice is to not waste your time with them.  There are so many people in the dialer, why waste time with one person?  Unlike a restaurant where the buyer does not have to do anything except eat the food, the user of our leads must be
1. articulate when speaking to prospects
2. knowledgeable
3. a competent communicator
4, have sales skills
5. follow all of our instructions (30 page guide on step by step and 8 training videos)

and if they do not do the above steps, they have no success and who do you think they blame?  Never themselves.  So we cannot avoid negative reviews as there will always be these types and we cannot fix these folks.  Here is where you can find comments from those who actually follow the program

All of the above is for YOUR knowledge.  You do not want to get into these details.  The more you know and say, the more questions and the more time you waste.  Think volume.  You want to speak to as many people per hour as possible and not get bogged down with a guy who wants to waste your time.  You will earn far more if you get rid of those calls quickly as you will easily find one or two people every hour that are easy.  But if you waste your time with the time wasters, you will miss those one or two.
