How to check your demonstrations

 

You need to ask bobrichards@retirementprospects.com for your personal link to check your demonstrations.

At the top of the screen, be sure to enter a beginning and ending date for the display you desire.

 

Note that there is a 15-minute delay. If you set a demonstration right now, it will not appear for 15 minutes.

 

Note that the time for the demonstrations is shown based on YOUR time zone.  So if the advisor has a 2 pm central demonstration, and you are in the Pacific time zone, it will show as 12 pm Pacific.  Why? Because then you know when the demonstration is scheduled so that you can make your reminder calls at the right time.

 

Once the demonstration time passes, the business experts will mark what happened with the demonstration and you will get an email and it will also appear at the link above. However, the business experts have demonstrations back to back and often, do not get a chance to mark what happened for each demonstration until the end of the day.  

 

The outcome of the demonstration will show under the status column in the above display.  If the status says “scheduled,” that means the demonstration is scheduled for the future or the business expert has not yet had a chance to mark the outcome.
