captive agents

Many captive agents can and do use services such as our service


You can talk to 2 agents from the same company and one will want to proceed and the other says he cannot because he is captive.  In other words, they often don't know what they can or cannot do.

Often times they mention "I am a captive agent" because they misunderstand the reason for your call.

Do they misunderstand the reason for your call?  Have you changed any words so that they think you are calling to sell products for us? In other words, do they think we are calling to have us sell products for us and their logical answer is "I am captive" which means they can only sell products for one company. 

Have you tried using the advanced script in the dialer?
