You may encounter some life insurance agents that only speak Spanish. End the call.

We have no way of knowing if a particular agent who is licensed in the United States to sell life insurance with the United States companies only speak Spanish.

• We have eliminated all zip codes in Puerto Rico from the dialer.
• We have eliminated agents working for Primerica which tends to recruit agents who sell to their own ethnic group.
• we have done our best to eliminate people with less than 3 years experience as we noticed that many of the spanish-only speakers were new in the business.

We cannot eliminate zip codes in Florida which have a lot of Hispanic population.

For example, we have encountered agents in the Orlando and Miami area who only speak Spanish ss those areas have a large Hispanic population. But only 1/3 to 1/2 of the people in that area are Hispanic so we cannot eliminate that entire area from the dialer because it would be tossing out many good contacts..
