Modified on Fri, 3 Jan at 10:47 AM

99% of the time, the problem is not at callhub and the problem is on your own computer

you can always see the status at callhub here

https://status.callhub.io/

the problem is with your PC or your internet connection or your headset, etc

1. Log out of call hub and reboot your PC and login to callhub again

2. you can run an internet speed test on your computer here

https://www.speedtest.net/

3. you can check your headset using these instructions:

The last time an appointment setter insisted there was a problem with callhub, he finally realized that when he moved the wire for his headset, his headset would go in and out. So he had a bad headset wire.

Here is how to contact callhub for technical assistance:

If you ever have technical issues, you can contact CallHub support directly using their chat system and get immediate help. Go to this page and click the “help” icon at the bottom of the page

https://support.callhub.io/hc/en-us

when you contact callhub support, you may see "get in touch" or "live chat"
if you do not see "live chat" it means they do not have anyone available to assist you and all you can do is use the "get in touch" so they get back to you or try again in a few minutes and see if "live chat" appears as an option
