campaign does not launch

There could be a few reasons and they all have to do with YOUR computer, not with callhub.


When you click launch campaign and nothing happens, it is usually because

1.you have an adblocker or pop up blocker which you need to disable
(for instructions, google this " how to disable popup blocker chrome")  OR
2. the headset is unplugged or muted or your PC is not recognizing the headset
try this

or, connect directly with callhub tech support as they are the experts (see how to reach callhub tech support below)


1. make sure you do not have any popup blockers enabled in your browser or a separate popup blocker software running

2. if you use a VPN, try turning it off

3. make sure your mic is enabled

4. try rebooting your machine

Whenever you need technical support, always supply the technician with a screenshot or better, a screen video.  Non-technical people do not realize that trying to describe the problem with words will not work for a technical person. They need to SEE the problem.
