Issues with Callhub dialer

99% of the time, if you have problems with Callhub dialer, the problem is with your PC, your Internet connection, your headset, or settings on your browser or computer. You can quickly check if the problem is with Callhub as shown in the video attached to this article.

If you have any trouble using callhub, always do this

1. log out and log back in

2. if the above does not fix the issue, then try rebooting your PC.

When you contact callhub support, you may see "get in touch" or "live chat"

if you do not see "live chat" it means they do not have anyone available to assist you and all you can do is use the "get in touch" so they get back to you or try again in a few minutes and see if "live chat" appears as an option
