Nowhere in our scripts will you find the word leads. The reason we do not use the word leads is because it is over use and misuse to mean too many things. For example, their companies that sell lists of people and call those leads. Therefore, we don't want to use the word leads because we don't want to have somebody think "they sell a list."
We do not sell lists. What we sell our real-time prospect inquiries. These are prospects that are online, and who see an offer for a booklet and complete a form that looks like this.

Anytime you think you need to use the word lead or leads, use prospect or prospects (or consumer/consumers)Every word in your script, every question, is created with great care and precision based on years of study in sales and communication.
Here is a search result from google. You see that this list company. They simply sell lists of names) and call them "leads." That is why we do not want to use the word leads as it can conjure in someone's mind a list. And it does not matter what you may explain. Once a person gets an idea in their mind, you won't remove it.
