How to mark dispositions in callhub-If someone hangs up on you, do we mark "Not Interested" or should it be "No answer" and attempt again?

-If someone speaks Spanish only- should they receive a callback?

mark as DNC as we do not want to call them again


-If someone says they are currently not practicing or no longer hold the license should it be "Not interested?"

what would I disposition the call as if there is not a extension listed for that person?


I need to make sure I understand exactly.  Here is my understanding of your question:


1. The dialer dials a number


2. It gets answered by an automated device that asks for the extension you want


3. But you do not see an extension on your display in callhub to enter into the keypad - do I understand correctly?


Anyone you mark no answer, the dialer will try again the next day. In this case, I would mark "bad number" because it is worthless for the dialer to dial the same number again if you don't have the extension to enter


What do we disposition hang ups as?


(I marked as not interested but not sure if that is the proper disposition)


again, I need to understand this exactly. Do you mean that you were talking to the advisor and he hung up on you?
In that case, mark as "not interested" so the dialer will not call him again.

If you hung up because the phone kept ringing or for some other reason and you want to try the number again the next day, Mark as "no answer" and the dialer will try that number again the following day.
