These are the three most important issues to qualify for bonus pay:
- Follow the script, word for word.
- Get an answer to every question. Do not allow the financial professional to distract you and then you forget to get an answer to one of your questions. Then we call, we ask the question that got skipped, and we find out the professional is not qualified.
- Do not sell the appointment if the financial professional is not interested, do not talk them into it. These people become no-shows or have no interest in the demonstration when we call them. When you encounter people who are not interested, end the calll and let the dialer dial the next person.
