can't buy leads at my company

A professional working at company X will say "we cannot buy leads"

That does not apply to every professional at his company.

Why?


Because the company may have a rule that their professionals cannot buy leads.

But 50% of the professionals will ignore that rule.


So the rules these companies have are not followed by many people at that company.


We have eliminated companies from the dialer where we know that most of their professionals are "rule followers." such as State Farm and Allstate.  But for companies like Ameriprise or Wells Fargo --we do plenty of business with their advisors every month.
