When the same phone number is used to make a high number of outbound calls, the telephone companies label it as "spam caller" but we have solved this problem.
We have an automatic control for this which immediately fixes any call that shows up on the caller ID as spam caller
In callhub, if a number shows as spam just one time, that callerid number is automatically swapped removed from the dialer and a new callerid is used. Here is the article
