How to Enter information into the Calendar

For each demonstration, you need to open a fresh page using this link:

In Callhub, you see the phone number and email address of the person called.

DO NOT copy that information from CallHub to the calendar.  Why?

When you enter the phone number in the calendar, you always want to ask "can our business expert call you on a mobile number and what would that be?"

Why do we want to make sure and get the mobile number? Because then we can text them 2 reminder messages before their demonstration. This will increase the probability that they show up. That is beneficial for you.  (Please never text these advisors as our software is already doing that). Therefore, always ask for a mobile number as it is in your benefit to do that

You may think you are saving time by copying the phone number from CallHub into the calendar. But if that is not a mobile number, you are undermining your own results.

As to the email address, do not copy that from CallHub dialer. Why?  Because the email address in Callhub may be old, incorrect, or a business email address. The problem with business email addresses is that large companies will often block the receipt of email messages. The professional will never get the email confirmation or email reminder we send because you entered a company email address (example: joe@morganstanley.com)

So when you enter the email address in the calendar, you want to ask "can I get a personal email address that you have access to right now?"  A personal email address means Gmail or Yahoo or AOL or Outlook or MSN or many others. Again, making sure that the confirmation email gets to the professional and our subsequent reminder email is in your benefit because it reduces no-shows

By copying the email address from Callhub, you may think you are saving time. But if that is a company email address, you may be undermining your results.

This is why I stress these points in the training you received.  Here is a link to a recent training session where you can see me explain these issues.
