It is best if you do not send emails to the business experts.
They are inundated many days.
There should almost never be anything you need to communicate to the business experts as the information you enter into the calendar, they see all of it.
They do not need to know things like
- "he is very interested"
- "he just started his business and is looking for leads"
- or anything else about the advisor
You do not need to email the business expert:
"I called and rescheduled him"
"I called but no answer"
We have better ways to communicate any details
