We subscribe to a database for the dialer of people who have either a life insurance license or license to sell/manage investments. So if someone got into the dialer without one of this licenses, it is a fluke and they should not be in the dialer.
They need to have either a license to sell life insurance or a license to sell/manage investments. Everyone in the dialer should have one of those licenses. If they do not, do not add them to the calendar.
