How to dial an individual number?

the dialer can only dial numbers that get dialed automatically by the dialer

to dial an individual number, for your reminder calls, you have these choices

1. use your own cell phone

2. get a free number at voice.google.com or any of the free services below

You need to make individual reminder calls and other callbacks. You may now want to use your own phone. Below are your options.

Additionally, it is often good to make call backs to advisors using a different phone number, a different number than used to call them previously. For example, they may feel embarrassed that they were a no-show. When you call to reschedule them, they recognize your number and do not pick up.

The solution is to have different numbers with different area codes.

You can get free numbers for making outbound calls and texts from these sources:

TextNow

(note: I have not tested these websites or services)

If you get a number with a different area code from each service, you will have multiple caller id numbers for outbound calls.
