professional asks you to call back

Then make yourself a note (use whatever method you like for keeping notes such as google calendar) and then call him back on the date requested.

Mark him in the dialer as "not interested" so the dialer will not dial him again.

Then you call him on the requested date.

You will need to print this script below because you will not be using the dialer when you call him back. You will only be using the calendar.

“Hello, {first_name}? {first_name}, I am looking for a financial professional who has the capacity to help people in area code xxx with their insurance or investment needs in the next 7 days. Would you have the capacity to help these prospects and take on new clients between now and (date 7 days from now)?”

Great: My name is {agent_firstname}.  I am with Seniorleads.  These are people age 50+, middle-income people, with investment assets of $250,000 to $1 million. Would these people be suitable for you as new clients {first_name}?

Great! I would like to set a demonstration with one of our experts to show you how we get these prospects and see if the types of prospects we have will be good for your business. Do you have 30 minutes later today {first_name}? Great—what time zone are you in?

Call back required to avoid setting demonstrations more than 2 business days in the future

It is common that you call a professional and he wants to set a demonstration a week later.  But you never want to add anyone to the calendar more than 2 business days in the future.

Let's say you call on Wednesday and he wants to set a time the following Wednesday. You say "I cannot set a time that many days out.  Let me call you next Tuesday and we can pick a time on your calendar for Wednesday."
Then you make a note and follow this process above.
