Why do you need to make call backs?
Here are some examples:
- you call a professional who is driving. You tell him that you want to speak to him about gaining new clients and ask when he will have access to his calendar and not be driving, so you can call him back later
- you call a professional and he wants to set a demonstration more than two business days in the future. You will need to call him back at a future date to always avoid setting demonstrations more than two business days in the future.
In the above cases, mark the call in call hub as "not interested." That tells the dialer not to dial this person again because you will be dialing your callback outside of Callhub. You will use your own cell phone or a free service like Google voice (voice.google.com).
How will you know to make the call back?
I prefer setting callbacks in my own system (e.g. google calendar, where I can make notes). Additionally, google calendar allows me to get an email notice, a reminder, to make the callback. One could also use the reminder app of their mobile device. Or use any method that you like to make notes to yourself to make call backs on specific dates. Seniorleads has a CRM system but we want to avoid you needing to learn yet another piece of software. It is much easier to use something simple like Google calendar or even as spreadsheet that you look at each day to see who you need to call back that day.
Or you could keep your own spreadsheet. Use whatever system and method is best for you.
