zero pending calls

Your campaign may show zero pending calls even when there are people remaining to dial for the following two reasons

1.  Anyone you marked as "no answer" or "machine" -- they get dialed again the following day but not until 24 hours have passed.  So the dialer will redial everybody you marked as no answer, but it will show as zero pending until the 24 hours have passed

2. If you are calling late in the day say 5:30 pm and you were in the Eastern time zone, the dialer will not be dialing anybody in the Eastern time zone because it's too late. It will only be dialing people in Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones. Because those time zones have fewer phone numbers, it is possible that the campaign runs out of numbers in those time zones and will stop dialing because there are only east coast numbers left in the campaign.  So the following day, when you look at the campaign again, you will see numbers left to dial in the East Coast.
