Each week hundreds of dollars of compensation are lost by appointment setters because they make simple mistakes:
- entering an incorrect phone number
- entering an incorrect email address
- failing to select the time zone or selecting the wrong time zone for the professional
- failing to complete all the questions and properly qualifying the professional (example: we call them and they only have six months experience even though you need to screen people for at least three years of experience)
- misspelling the professional's name (some get irritated and they cancel their appointment or tell us when we call "Why would I do business with you when you can't even spell my name correctly.")
These mistakes can be avoided and I will tell you how.
- Do not change the script
- Do not skip any questions
- Get the right answer to your questions or do not put them on the calendar
- Pay attention to what you're doing-- that means you cannot be thinking about something that happened 30 seconds ago or something that will happen in the future. Paying attention means that you have 100 percent focus on the present moment so that you don't make mistakes
We may be a rare company that WANTS TO PAY YOU MORE but you must do what is required by following the formula and not leaving anything out or changing it. Avoid mistakes and earn more money.
