How do we get the call list for the dialer?

Modified on Thu, 23 Oct at 1:50 PM

We subscribe to a database of everyone in the United States that has a license to sell life insurance or a license to sell investments.

We then filter that list for the types of people who seem most productive for you to call.

For example, we eliminate

  • professionals with less than three years experience or
  • people over the age of 68 (people of this age are usually winding down their business and not interested in new marketing).
  • professionals who hold a property and casualty insurance license. Even though these professionals may also sell life insurance and annuities, we eliminate these people because their focus may be automobile and homeowners insurance and wood be a waste of your time because we don’t find clients for automobile and homeowners insurance
  • Professionals who appear to be focused on selling health insurance
  • Professionals working at certain firms (e.g. Allstate, State Farm, etc) whose firms allow them to market using only their own firm’s marketing tools

Note that the data is never perfect.  There is no perfect data.

Even though we eliminate people with less than 3 years experience, you may still find people that have less than three years experience because the data is not perfect.

You will also encounter people who focus on selling health insurance or Medicare health insurance and we do not find clients seeking health insurance (health insurance for people over age 65).  It is impossible to eliminate all of these people.  Why?

Because the license to sell life insurance in many states is the same license to sell health insurance.  Therefore, we cannot tell if the individual focuses more on selling life insurance and annuities or focuses on health insurance.  The data we buy does show the companies with which they do business. So if we see that they do business with health insurance providers such as Aetna or Humana or Blue Cross, then we assume they sell health insurance and we eliminate them from the call list.

Why don’t we provide clients for health insurance/Medicare?

Because the commissions that professionals earn from selling health insurance are so small, they do not earn enough To justify using our service. So we don’t find health insurance clients and we don’t deal with agents who sell soft health insurance.

Why don’t we provide clients for final expense life insurance?

This type of life insurance pays very low commissions. These agents do not earn enough to justify using our service. So we don’t find clients for final expense life insurance and we don’t deal with agents who sell final expense life insurance.

Why don’t we provide clients for car insurance and homeowners insurance (referred to as property and casualty insurance)

Property and casualty insurance pays very low commissions to the agent. These agents do not earn enough to justify using our service. So we don’t find clients for property and casualty insurance and we don’t deal with agents who primarily sell property and casualty insurance.
