Sometimes, you call to remind the professional and he cancels.
When advisor cancels please do this immediately


Sometimes, the professional will text or email the business expert if they need to cancel. 


Our business experts update you on the outcome of every demonstration by the end of each day.  You receive an email and you will see the status on the web page which shows all of your demonstrations.

If a demonstration gets canceled, look in the email you receive to see if there's a reason. If the reason is  "no longer interested," then there is no reason to call that professional again.

However if you don't see a reason, it's possible that many people cancel simply because something happened (e.g. illness, family illness/death, too many other priorities etc).  So I advise you to wait a day before you call them back about rescheduling.


What to say when you call


You do not need to refer to a previous demonstration time or that he missed it.  Do not mention that. Say this

"Hi (firstname).  You had expressed interest in gaining new clients in area code (xxx) for (his products and services). Are you still interested in these new clients?"


Great!  My name is {agent_firstname}.  I am with Retirement Prospects.   I would like to set a demonstration with one of our experts to show you how we get these prospects and see if the types of prospects we have will be good for your business. Do you have 30 minutes later today {first_name}?


Note: the information in the above paragraph about his area code and his products and services, you already have in your web page that lists all of your previous demonstrations.  You do not need to ask him the same questions again that you asked him the first time as you already have that information.  All you need to do is set a new time on the calendar.  See this video:
