No Longer at that number / change number in callhub

If the advisor we are trying to call has relocated to a different office, is there a way to change their number in the dialer system?



You cannot but I can (bobrichards@retirementprospects.com).  Callhub limits certain tasks to the admin of the account (me).You have 2 options when this happens


1. if joe smith is no longer at that number but other financial professionals are at that number, you can ask "I'm looking for a financial professional who can assist...." and speak to ANY financial professional at that number.


2. if they give you a new number for joe smith, then mark the call "no answer" and email bobrichards@seniorleads.com the name and new number.  The dialer will dial the next day to joe smith but at the new number.
