We do not use zoom.
The business expert calls the professional on the phone and then, directs the professional on what web pages to look at so the professional must be at a computer or laptop with a full screen. There is no zoom or zoom link needed.
The email confirmation that goes to the professional says:
Here's the information for your calendar:
