when someone asks you a question, you want to be smart and know the answer. However, having lots of answers will reduce your income.

If you start answering questions and giving details, that will NOT help you set more demonstrations.  You will set fewer because you are taking up too much time.

I URGE you not to get into details and answer questions. Why? if you answer one question, it will lead to another question and another question and another question.  I suggest the best answer for ALL questions:

Joe, unfortunately, I do not have those details. My position with the company is to find financial professionals in specific areas where we have prospects requesting assistance with insurance or investments. And then, if you can assist these people and take on new clients, I schedule a time with one of our business experts to answer your questions and explain who these prospects are, how we find them, and to determine if these would be perfect new clients for your business. Do you have 30 minute later today?
